By the end of this course participants will be able to;

• Understand the stages of leasing basic commercial space for clients up to 5000 SF;

• Navigate clients through common due diligence considerations;

• Write and understand an Agreement to Lease including common clauses and conditions;

• Offer strategic guidance to clients with respect to key offer components and support them throughout the transaction through to occupancy.
